Pathway Ltd provides supported living and Semi-Independent services which enables individuals to live independently and have a more fulfilled life. Our staff have undergone comprehensive training to safeguard and meet the varying demands of our client groups. They are trained to deal with individuals with challenging behaviour and complex needs. They engage in key working sessions, alongside pro social activities for service users in order to help them develop relevant life skills to integrate in the community.

Pathway adopts a person-centred approach when delivering our services. Our support is tailored to the needs and preferences of our service users.

Pathway provides outstanding accommodation for service users where the support offered is second to none. The accommodation is maintained to a very high standard with modern facilities and nearness to social amenities, shops, colleges, train stations and bus stops.
