SEMI- INDEPENDENT LIVING
Here at Pathway, we believe that young people thrive in the right surrounding and with the right support.
Pathway Ltd offers semi-independent accommodation primarily for young people aged 16+ who are currently being looked after by the Local Authority. We work in partnership with young people by empowering and assisting them to make the right choices and decisions with the view to finding the right path for their lives.
Pathway provides an outstanding standard of accommodation for young people where the support offered to them is second to none. The accommodation is maintained to a very high standard with modern facilities and nearness to schools, colleges, social amenities, shops, train stations and bus stops.
Pathway provides young people with the opportunity to live independently with the help from staff whenever needed. All our staff have undergone comprehensive training to safeguard and meet the varying demands or our client groups. They are trained to deal with individuals with challenging behaviour and complex needs. They engage in keyworking sessions, alongside pro social activities for young people in order to help them to develop relevant life skills which will enable them to live independently in the community.

What we do
We offer placements to young people with various needs ranging from high, medium and low level of support. We offer short and long term placements as well as emergency and respite placements subject to our stringent risk assessment to ensure the safety of other young people already in placement.
We make efforts to provide homely environment for our young people and we encourage them to personalize their rooms so they feel at home. We provide individual welcome packs for our young people on their first day of placement, making them feel valued and appreciated.

24 Hour Supported Homes
Our 24 hour supervised accommodation means there is always staff onsite to assist the young people and ensure their safety at all times.

Shared Homes
Our shared homes allows young people to have more independence as there are no staff on site.

Floating Support
Our floating support involves regular keyworking sessions in the community with young people who live independently.
